Fredy Pinto Pazos, un reconocido abogado, empresario, asesor inmobiliario y jugador de futbol, originario de Abancay, Apurímac en Perú. Sus inicios dentro de los clubes del barrio
En sus comienzos, Fredy Pinto Pazos era un joven humilde de Abancay, con una gran pasión trazada en su mente y corazón, esa era la de hacer ejercer los derechos humanos, para las personas de bajos recursos y eso lo iba a lograr ejerciendo como abogado en Perú. Sin embargo, el mismo también tenía otro gran amor y ese era el deporte, específicamente el futbol, el cual lo practicaba de manera profesional.
Fredy Pinto Pazos comentó lo siguiente: “Desde pequeño el futbol fue una de mis grandes pasiones, dentro de la cancha podía alejarme de todos mis problemas y pensamiento, mis amigos del barrio eran mis fieles compañeros en la cancha y nunca pasaba un día en el que no saliéramos a jugar o a practicar” … “Pero estudiar abogacía, también era mi sueño y realmente no estaba dispuesto a renunciar a ninguno de los dos, por esa razón tuve que esforzarme el doble para conservar ambas pasiones y que una no estropeara la otra”.
¿Cómo pudiste completar la carrera y seguir jugando al futbol?
Fredy Pinto Pazos: No puedo negar que fue complicado, muchas veces me tocó estudiar a altas horas de la noche, ya que el día había sido consumido por una partida en la cancha y de la misma manera, debía salir aprobar mis cursos faltando a algunos partidos
Recuerdo una ocasión, en que tenía un partido a la 1pm, pero tenía que salir de un examen en ese mismo horario, así que como mejor pude termine el examen antes del tiempo y le solicité al profesor de guardia el ir al baño, me fui con mi mochila y no volví hasta el día siguiente. En ese momento el profesor sabía que yo debía ir a jugar, así que solo hablo conmigo después de la siguiente clase y en vez de amonestarme, como yo lo esperaba, solo me instó a seguir esforzándome. Esas palabras las atesoro, hasta el día de hoy.
¿Alguna vez estuviste algún curso jalado o todos los aprobabas?
Fredy Pinto Pazos: En verdad agradezco mucho a cada uno de los orientadores que me acompañaron a lo largo de mi carrera, ellos mismos siempre fueron bastante comprensivos y varios incluso me fueron a ver jugar al momento de algún campeonato. Con la ayuda y enseñanza de ellos, nunca me quedo algún curso sin aprobar, siempre buscaba dar lo mejor tanto en el ámbito del estudio, como en la cancha y ese esfuerzo siempre fue apreciado por mis entrenadores y educadores.
Así que les insto a los jóvenes que en la actualidad estudian y practican algún deporte a que siempre den todo de sí mismos, no se queden con una mala calificación por estar practicando y no dejen de practicar por estar estudiando. Ya que para todo hay tiempo en esta vida, y con una buena organización, colocándose horarios y metas, pueden logran todo lo que se proponen, desde sacar las mejores notas, hasta ser el que anota más goles.
¿Algún otro pasatiempo que tenga por el momento o el futbol es el único?
Fredy Pinto Pazos: Aunque por mi profesión y ahora mi cargo de gerente general, mi tiempo se ha visto limitado a comparación con mis años universitarios, debido a que tengo más responsabilidades a mi cargo. Sin embargo, cada que se puede, disfruto de un buen rally en caminos del inca.
